I originally applied because the job description, aside from resonating, made me laugh and think, “I have to meet the people who wrote this.” The interview process confirmed that the people are genuine, down-to-earth, and hard-working. And now that I’m part of the team, I can honestly say this is the best work culture I’ve been in. Also, I grew up a competitive swimmer and couldn’t pass up getting to work with a bunch of hydrophiles.
